Sacramento Spring Fling Group has been around since our founding in 1977. It is our mission to pass the message of Alcoholics Anonymous to the Alcoholic. We believe the best way to achieve this goal is to be of good service by volunteering and promoting this conference.  The Spring Fling Group has elections every year on the first Wednesday after the Spring Fling. This year it is March 2nd at the St. Matthews Church at the corner of 3300 Edison St.,in room 6 Sacramento, CA the nearest cross street is Fulton Ave. and Edison.

Barbara L. has served as Sacramento Spring Fling Group . Chairperson since 2002

Dan R. is our new Co-Chairperson and has served as Sacramento Spring Fling Group in other capacities in the past.

Facts:

2003 Spring fling hosted over 1800 people at the Double Tree Hotel.

2003 was the first year we had a web site.

2004 was the first year at the new location:

Sacramento Memorial Auditorium on 15th & j Streets in Downtown Sacramento.  Over 1900 were in attendance that year.

2006 & 2007 Spring Fling at the Sacramento Memorial Auditorium played host to over 2200 people.  It was a great time had by all in attendance.

There was Al-Anon participation with great success
