HISTORIAN/CCFAA (4/2008 being revised) New title : to be determined

• Attend all Spring Fling Committee meetings.

• Historian: Keep and maintain records of the pat year. Collect all materials such as programs, registration, and all other items that may fit into this category. At the time of the conference, you will put on display all historic items available. These items are kept by the Historian year-to-year, and passed on to the new Committee Chairperson.

• CCFAA Delegate: Will represent the Spring Fling Committee at all CCFAA meetings held on the 3rd Saturday of every month at the location designated for the CCFAA meeting and carry the Springs Flings vote to the CCFAA meeting.

• Form a committee of 4 to 6 people to sell literature on Saturday only. The table is only open between meetings (9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).

• Purchase literature through the Central Office. Literature budget is $125.00 with $40.00 allocated for free literature.
