· Chairperson 5 YEARS

· Alternate Chairperson 5 YEARS

· Treasurer 5 YEARS

· Program Chairperson 5 YEARS

· Big Book Study Chairperson 5 YEARS

· Registration Chairperson 5 YEARS

· Recording Secretary 2 YEARS

· Publicity Chairperson 2 YEARS

· Decorations Chairperson 2 YEARS

· Hospitality Chairperson 2 YEARS

· Marathon Meeting Chairperson 2 YEARS

· Banquet Chairperson 2 YEARS

· Raffle Chairperson 2 YEARS

· Dance Chairperson 2 YEARS

· Historian/CCFAA Delegate/Literature 2 YEARS

· Information Chairperson 2 YEARS

· Souvenir Chairperson 2 YEARS

· Webmaster 2 YEARS

The guidelines contained below were adopted by committee vote.

ELECTION AND QUALIFICATIONS OF CHAIRPERSONS (OFFICERS)

1. All Committee Chairpersons and Officers will be elected by the group on the first Wednesday in March following the Spring Fling Conference. Voting will be by those A.A. members running for office and prior year committee members.

2. The minimum sobriety requirements for any Chairperson or officer

position added to the Committee will be two (2) years.
